Navigation

The site lacked a search bar to facilitate the search flow.

Interaction

Buttons are confusing from having multiple pages inserted within a menu without being flagged with a sandwich button

Experience

The ticket purchase experience
is very difficult.

Refining

the design

  • Mockups

  • High-fidelity prototype

  • Accessibility

Mockups

Based on studies for users to have a better experience on the site, a search bar was inserted so that the user has a new search option, using keywords to find the search result.

Different screen sizes were created based on the previous wireframes. Because our users can have the experience of searching and on our website using different devices, from an apple watch to the website on the computer, from the phone to a tablet.

 High-fidelity
prototype

The high-fidelity prototype shows the clean flow of the site, as well as the full form of search and other options for gallery ticket purchases, new artist and exhibitions and  about art history.

 Accessibility considerations

1

The site now has a search engine that helps with the ease of searching, it can be searched by image and by voice, as well as by typing.

2

Menus were added with an easy flow for the user to carry out his search.

3

Easy ticket purchase forms for different types of exhibitions and artists are included.

What I learned:

What I learned:

I learned that the more you make it easier for the user in all their difficulties to carry out a task within a website, no matter how difficult it may be, make the design accessible, the good use of colors, fonts and images bring harmony to the design, making it easier. there is a hierarchy that helps the user to use a responsive website.

 Takeaways

 Next steps

1

Conduct a follow-up testing to find more user pain points and difficulties.

2

Identify additional areas on the site that need changes.

3

Make menu changes, insert pages to help with site design.
